Women’s History Month Luncheon

The Women's History Month Luncheon is an annual employee engagement initiative I created in 2024 to celebrate Women's History Month and recognize the contributions of women across the organization. What began as a proposed concept quickly became a recurring company tradition, bringing together more than 50 women each year while honoring the legacy of a foundational company leader.

Contributions

Expanding the Impact: Booked & Busy! Women’s Book club

Launched in 2026, Booked & Busy! is a women's book club created to foster connection, conversation, and professional growth beyond the annual Women's History Month Luncheon. The initiative quickly gained momentum, with approximately 30 of the company's 80 women employees participating in monthly discussions centered around learning, community, and shared experiences.

PD Charity Drive

Launched in 2024, the PD Charity Drive is an annual employee giving initiative created to increase community involvement and support local charitable organizations. What began as a proposed concept evolved into a company-wide campaign that encouraged participation, raised awareness, and made charitable giving more accessible for employees across the organization.

Launched in 2025, PD SPOT Award Week was created to increase participation in the company's employee recognition program through exclusive prizes, experiences, and promotional activities. By introducing a fresh visual identity and engaging campaign messaging, the initiative transformed an existing program into a highly visible employee engagement event that significantly increased participation and awareness.

  • Led the rebrand of PD SPOT Award Week, developing the visual identity, campaign personality, and overall creative direction.

  • Planned and executed the marketing strategy, including campaign messaging, communication rollouts, and promotional scheduling.

  • Created promotional assets across print and digital channels, including email communications, digital signage, posters, standees, and informational materials.

  • Photographed prize inventory and incorporated imagery into campaign materials to increase visibility and employee engagement.

With a new theme each year, the event requires a fresh visual identity and promotional campaign designed to generate excitement, encourage participation, and support the overall experience.
